was tested and came up with really low testosterone levels..I am 5 10, 140lbs
Not sure why this is. anyone experience this..pretty confused. Does having low levels mean low bone density and low sex drive? I have never had fracture.
help!!!
That is very low. Don't worry, has nothing to do with "how much of a man" you are, it's a common medical condition.
My advice, honestly, is to listen to your doctor. There is so much bro science on the Internet about testosterone, but as someone who has tried just about everything to increase my own, I can tell you it's dangerous to experiment on yourself. There's a reason doctors are in school for 25 years before they can practice. The human body is complex beyond imagination, and if you take advice from someone on the Internet who doesn't know your medical history, current medications/lifestyle etc., you are putting yourself at risk. I took Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield's advice on ketosis, and I almost wrecked my kidneys.
But if your doctor tells you your current level is acceptable, immediately get a new doctor.
