There are guys who can't even break 4:12 who can do that workout. Hard 400s mean almost nothing.
Office for Civil Rights?
He is literally always talking about what he is doing in workouts but it rarely equates to fast performances. I call BS on this one.
He could be one of those guys who run faster in workouts than they do in races
