I'll be entering my last eligible year to compete in college, and I want to break all my pr's 1500m-1/2 marathon by the this time next year. I have some races lined up for the early and late summer (15km in April, 10km in May, 1/2 in June, 5km in August) and then school xc season starts in september. My question is how should I schedule my summer to race well then and continue that success through the fall. I don't know wether to peak for the 10km in may, then run the 1/2 off base and then build for XC, or to just slowly build all summer and race of base.
pr's 1500m: 4:00, 3km: 8:52, 5km: 15:35, 8km: 25:42, 10km: 32:26, 15km: 54:16, 1/2: 1:17:24.
