Is it possible to run 4:30 for 1600 and 10:00 for 3200 for outdoor track season off training at 6 minute pace at 2 percent incline on the treadmil?

It depends on the calibration of your treadmill.
Just got it checked, and calibration is perfect. So is it possible?
It depends on the distance you ran at 6 pace.
Oh for the love of shit. Please do NOT get your dick snagged in the treadmill again.
running for 30 minuteX2
It depends on how many days per week you ran 2x30 minutes.
Why you run them all at the same pace?
I had a buddy that ran a 10 miler every day @ 54 to 59 minutes

Is it possible? Of course.
Is it likely for you? I have absolutely no idea. It completely depends on your talent. Bekele could eat doughnuts all winter and still run 10:00, but there are some people that will never hit those times no matter the training. Don't ask stupid questions.
Your body adapts to the same stimulus. You got to change the pace or run
longer to get a new training stimulus, and improve.
