1. There was nobody obstructing the anemometer as the video clearly shows

2. Pedroso's jump was ruled legal on the track and remains an official result

3. He was given the WR during the event, and there was no protest or controversy during the meet or immediately after. (There was even a congratulatory press conference afterward, and he was handed the keys to the Mercedes, and even posed with pictures of the Mercedes)

4. It doesn't matter what the other jumps measured, his jump measured +1.2

5. If he was obstructing the gauge it would not have had a reading at all.
