Predictions anyone???
Predictions anyone???
Look out for Sebastian Oja from NYU. After the coaching change this past season, he has been unstoppable. The kid had a great career early on and finally is starting to pull things back together. Don't call it a comeback.
I agree Oja looks pretty good. He hasn't run any crazy times, but the NYU dmr looked pretty strong. Expect a good performance from this kid. I'm still waiting for him to bust out another great performance like at Pre-Nats in xc.
If the rumors are true, Vandenberg will be in the 200, 400, 800, dmr and 4 x 400. Kid's a legend.
Ryan Becker in the 5k
I heard Tommy V is looking for a real challenge and is doing the 3k/5k double. Kid's got some heavy clackers.
Degen ran an 8:22 last weekend. #10 in the nation. Looks like the guy's in crazy shape. I guess we'll see if he can rise to the medium-large sized stage this time.
Ryan 'Big Dick' L'Archer in the 5k... with a 14:39.69

No way his coaches let him do this. His main focus has to be winning a national title @ 400 or 800. He will run both relays and either do the 2/4 or 8.
Do people like the new coach at NYU?

No
Vandy is soft as doggy doo doo, heard he's only running the 60
A friend of friends says one of his friends, who lives across from a lab partner of a friend of one of the guys on the team says that he is generally well liked.
what's up with CMU? seems like half of their roster isn't at the meet

I think CMU is saving their better half for nationals. I still expect an easy victory over WashU
Are the rumors true? Padget from washU transferring to duke next year?
Cannot confirm rumors, but I know that young Andrew has a nice pair of spauldings and could most definitely make the transition.
