How are they different from the run of the mill state college girl?

On average, they're smarter, more self-possessed and more ambitious. On average.
In general the better head you give the better chance you have getting a second date from an Ivy girl. The Ivy girls mantra Make me come with your tongue or no second chance.
Most girls in their 20s, all they know is facebook, twitter, instagram, Iggy, NIkki, or whatever petty gossip they focus on. Girls from top colleges tend to be less idiotic and more "aware" of everything.
Hairy
They are more stuck up and care less about vanity, so they are just all around hairier.
Most Ivy league broads are from old money New England, you know the people who can trace their roots back to the original settlers and think they are American royalty and sh'i't.

Damn right!
Most come from some sort of money. Not all, but most. most do not know what it's like to fill out a job application, and probably couldn't tell you were the student loan office is either. Most have had things handed to them, but are overall pretty bright and not too stuck up. Sex is something they want, but are not willing to get freaky as much as say a girl from U of Florida or Georgia.
Nothing special at least in my experience. I've dated two. They were both intelligent in all the wrong things and believe that their ivy degree automatically validated their world view. But they also had a lot of tension that needed to be released. Currently, there's another one of 'em living on the floor above me that I could absolutely date but I'm no longer interested in their ignorant dribble.

Ivies are uglier. I went to an Ivy League school. When I visited my friend at a state school I couldn't believe how hot the girls were. Like every single girl on his XC team was smokin. Sure they were really slow and dumb as rocks, but damn they were a lot hotter than Ivy chicks.
Stiff upper lips but it feels good when you get used to it.

When was the last time you were on an Ivy league school campus?
You'd see a very large percentage of the females these days are Asian. You would also see that another large portion is European. The old stereo type WASP from MA, with money is long gone. They are still around, but not nearly as many as you might think in the overall percentage.

Totally nonsense. Ivies have very generous financial aid, and many, many students take advantage of it.
Also, women from elite schools are more sexually active than women from state schools. See chart 9:

As for Ivy League women being stuck-up or condescending, that's not been my experience, but then again I have the same education, so they wouldn't be that way to me. In any event, it doesn't take much life experience them to realize that there are a lot of mediocre people in ivies, and a lot of very impressive people outside of them.
Of course, if you actually can't keep up with someone intellectually, then it's possible that they would act condescending, or you might imagine they are because of your insecurity. But that's not because they went to an Ivy and you didn't. It's because they're just smarter than you.
What is it like not dating ivy women?
Uuhh, yeah. That private school non-dischargable debt that is an anchor in the lives of young people unlikely to get a job sufficient to pay it down in 10 years.
I also like the personal attack you threw in there at the end. Classy. Reminds me of status sensitive ivy leaguers. Good job.
