For me, it's hands down this:

I don't know what it is, but this scene almost gave me access to some very raw emotions I hadn't experienced in quite some time. Incredibly beautiful scene.

Not a football fan but the final scene of Rudy is pretty good:

Not nearly as impactful out of context of course.

Coincidentally, I just watched that last film night and clicked on this thread to suggest the same scene.
The final scene from Cinema Paradiso:

It doesn't mean much out of context but the final is a tear-jerker.
That scene from Forrest Gump where Val Kilmer tells Martin Sheen "you want the truth!? You can't handle the truth!"
Truman Show climax:
The scene from Airplane where the pilot asks little Joey if he likes movies about gladiators.
This one for sure. There was a big build up to it for sure then it climaxed in the biggest freakout scene ever that was just really painful and uncomfortable to watch but really powerful at the same time. BTW its Tobey Maguire (Spiderman) losing his shit in a movie about PTSD and him thinking his brother screwed his wife when they thought he was dead.

That gets me everytime too. :*)
And several minutes later, when he flings the bone in the air and we jump ahead a few millenia.
That scene in platoon when they're going to gang rape those little girls and charlie sheen stops it. saw that in 6th grade, was not ready for it...

Land Before Time when Little Foots mother dies.
Pretty much any scene from Gladiator.
Pumping iron when Arnold talks about THE PUMP. So intense and oh so true.
Overall a great movie. Very pleasing to the eye.

Agree. I would also add the final scene of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Corrected...
