Just caught the last couple of laps of the women's 3000 and the top four finishers all had PRs. That includes a pretty impressive third place for Jordan Hasay at 8:50:XX. She was in it until the last lap or so at which point Ghibiri pulled away.

I'm not familiar with the womens 3k, but if the Womens world record is 8:20 ( That's not chinese) , doesn't that make the time for this race kinda slow? Was it a tactical race?
3.00-3.00 for the first two 1000s for the whole pack, you can probably do the rest of the maths yourself (2.46 for the winner, 2.50 for hasay, lost the four secs on the last lap)
Damn - Jenny Meadows looked very strong in her easy win in the 800. Think the commentator mentioned that she's already been sub 2, twice this indoor season.
Do you guys have a link for live streaming?
Im searching now as well. please share your post. thanks.. maybe eurosport or BBC One

Here is our recap in progress:
**************
Jordan Hasay ran an indoor 3000 pb of 8:50.21 (outdoor pb is 8:46.89) in the 3000 at the Sainbury meet in the UK to place third but struggled when it came time to kick for glory.
At 2k, shortly after American Liz Costello stopped rabbiting, the race turned quickly turned into a 3 person race. The pace then picked up after basically two 3 minute ks and at the bell it was a 3 person race.
Hasay went backwards on the final lap and was well beaten. The top 3 runners were all about 3-4 meters apart at the bell with Hasay in second but she ended up a well-beaten third after a 33 high/34 flat last 200 (69.5ish last 400).
