Willis said he doesn't like doing post-race workouts but said he needs to get some more volume in as he's getting on a lane for New Zealand tmw.
He said he'd likely do 10 x 400 in about 64-5 and then a mile in about 4:20. I think he said he was going to do a 20 miler in the morning but he might have said, he doesn't have time to do a 20 miler in the morning. After talking to Willis, I bumped into Ron Warhurst on the way out of the press room and jokingly said something along the lines of, "Say it ain't so Ron. Are you turning into Alberto with post-race workouts."
He responded with the sentient of - Hey, I've been doing this stuff for 10+ years. Someone else must have taken it from me.
