Anyone else struggle with trying to succeed at all three? Is it possible??? I really want to run again! I want to race again.
I handled work and running great. Was organized, able to work long hours and still run up to 100 mpw.
I handled birth and getting back to running great. Recovered, barely slept and still was able to run up to 85 mpw within 6 months of giving birth. I wasn't working but I still ran much better and was more motivated than I ever though I would be.
Running, work and raising a toddler. How do you do it? I really mean "how". I don't know with working over-time, travel, commute, making dinner, doing laundry, kid that wakes up at 5 am, coupled with fatigue, stress and the feeling that I just want to have a drink when the kid goes to sleep, HOW running happens. Then add in obligations to other family and the guilt of doing something for yourself.
How do you do it?
