I've started running for about 9 months now and find it quite difficult to balance myself properly when running. I also finish with a really sore lower back, achy knee's and my shoulders being a little stiff. I am a female that has a double d bra size, so you can imagine the weight i am carrying with me. Aside from surgically reducing my breast size is there a way i should be running or something that can help me run without the lower back pain i get?
