I sprained my ankle a few weeks back. Still haven't been able to get back to running. It used to hurt when I dorsiflexed it, but not anymore. It only really hurts when I hop on it or try running. The pain isn't unbearable, but it makes me run with terrible form and causes me back pain. I haven't lost much fitness as I am doubling with wrestling as well at the moment, which I would say is cross training.
Is there any streches/exercises I can do to strengthen and get me back up and running?
