From Indiana
Was a 16 mid xc guy/9min 3k guy but stopped running over a year ago. Did about 40mpw for about four years to reach those levels. How fast can i get back in that shape and what would be a good training method to do so? Any help/ideas are welcome. I am 20 now by the way. Probably put on 10-13lbs since i stopped running too. Would i guess i could run a 5k in 19:00 if i went out and did it right now.
