I believe the lyrics are written from the point of view from a suicidal kid. He hates his parents and the life his parents have made for him. So, he pens the note (the lyrics) before killing himself.
The song really picks up at about 35 seconds. Wicked guitar licks from Papa Het. Play it LOUD!
Just listen to the State of the Union address again. Should inspire you to new levels of angst.

First you take the peanuts
And you crunch 'em,
You crunch 'em
First you take the peanuts
And you crunch 'em,
You crunch 'em
For your peanut, peanut butter
And jelly
Peanut, peanut butter
And jelly
Then you take the grapes
And you squish 'em,
You squish 'em
Then you take the grapes
And you squish 'em,
You squish 'em
For your peanut, peanut butter
And jelly
Peanut, peanut butter
And jelly
Then you take the bread
And you spread it,
You spread it
Then you take the bread
And you spread it,
You spread it
For your peanut, peanut butter
And jelly
Peanut, peanut butter
And jelly
Then you take your sandwich
And you eat it,
You eat it
Then you take your sandwich
And you eat it,
You eat it
'Cause its good, peanut butter
And jelly
Good, peanut butter
And jelly
First you take the peanuts
And you crunch 'em,
Then you take the grapes
And you squish 'em,
Then you take the bread
And you spread it,
Then you take your sandwich
And you eat it
'Cause its good, peanut butter
And jelly
Good, peanut butter
And jelly!

True story. Years ago I was in Indonesia on a surf trip (I go every year for a few months). I get on an overnight boat ride and as soon as we take off they put on a Celine Dion DVD on the TV's and blast it as loud as possible over the sound system. When the DVD comes to an end they simply replay it. This continued for 11 hours. Most people can not understand that level of hate.
