Ran a 16:08 5k two weeks ago and last week ran a 4:42 Mile more endurance based although. I ran 2X2 Mile Tempo at threshold pace today with one minute rest on the road after the snow storm into the wind after 4 miles earlier this morning in 5:39, 5:48 and 5:44, and 5:39 what type of shape do you think I am in for the 3k and 5k.
