So for most of the running I have done over the past few years, I have been using neutral shoes. I am looking at doing longer mileage, hopefully getting a marathon in, and so I thought I would try supportive shoes. Although I have used neutral shoes, I do pronate so I thought using stability shoes would help to prevent issues with the increased mileage. I used a new pair today, and my arches (more so my right one) felt kinda sore the rest of the day. Is this normal?
I am using the Lunareclipse now, but I have used a few pairs of mizuno wave riders and nike pegasus recently.
