Curious as to who the heaviest ever to qualify and/ or win is. Met a guy who is 210 lbs trying to qualify and can't remember meeting anyone bigger, he is all muscle but still is a lot to carry for 26.2 miles.

I know a 225 lbs. guy who qualified one year, 3:09 at CIM.
i think the heaviest winner was just over 170 lbs, Lawrence Brignolia, back in 1899
seems like i remember one of the winners in the 19-teens being 160 lbs or so
probably hasn't been a winner over 145 or 150 in a long long time
i know a couple guys who go 215 - 225 and have qualified with ease
There is a sad trend that the winners get SCRAWNIER every year. This Mopsop clown and Meb Farah, just to name a few, are around 120 lbs. Not really "man" territory.
On the womens side, the last winner to be over 100 lbs was probably Kara Goucher when she was pregnant.
Now talking about BQ, many of my bros from my box have BQ while over 200 lbs (low BF% and high muscle though...).
Quick biology primer: bros don't have boxes.
Jack has a bunch of them though. I'm pretty sure he's a dude, although I haven't checked his prostrate lately.

Ummm...pretty sure that Kara Goucher never won Boston.

Point is she was over 100 lbs. These Kenyans are maybe 80 or so lol. Basically no man would want them. No curves to speak of.
