dude honestly no one here cares about your running
just keep it to the virginity/depression/parents buying you expensive stuff
...I would be screwed. Luckily neither myself nor anyone I know is in such an unpleasant predicament

Best news I've heard all day
Methamphetamine.
Two weeks isn't enough time to have drastic physical benefit from workouts. Do a few easy runs or some 200s at goal pace if you want, but you're not going to run well off just that. No, what you need to focus on is the mental side.
Every morning, wake up at 5:00 AM. Stare deeply into a picture of whatever it is you hate most in the world. Do this until 7:30, when you presumably have to get ready for work/school/other. Bring your printout with you. For however many hours of work/school/other you have, focus on that picture. Think of every single thing you hate about whatever it is, let it totally and utterly consume you. When you get home, eat a single lychee berry and meditate for 5 more hours, focusing only on the image of that picture.
Do this for two weeks, while getting about 8 hours of sleep a night. When it comes to your 800, you will be focusing on one thing: hatred. People have tried running 800s on a lot of different emotions--love, fear, happiness--but the only emotion that will truly let you race the sub 2:00 you've dreamed of since high school is hate.
I don't really know but if I were to try I'd probably just short hard intervals/sprints and or 400, 800, or 1200m time trials everyday then just take the last three days
Off before the race, kinda like old school middle distance training? Of course this could just make you blow up and run like ass for all I lnow. I guess it depends your base.
YES
Wednesday - 4 times 200 uphill
Friday - 5 times 200 meters flat
Sunday - 400-200-100
Tuesday - 400-400
Thursday - 600 meters hard
Fred's schedule makes sense.
Personally I've had great success by just doing a 500m fast run after every second run.
jamin I'm going to say this as nice as possible: Please get some psychiatric help before you do something stupid.
