Short answer. Probably not with those times. I walked onto mid tier di program. Had hs prs of 2 flat 4:30 9:39 15:40 cross 5k . The coach, who was more open minded than most di coaches just had a 5k time trial in August for Walkons and anyone who broke 16:40 could keep training with team. Usually 7 or 8 would try, 3 or 4 would make the time but only 1 or 2 would last more than a couple weeks. One or two guys in four year period had moderate X success off of high school times similar to mine.
If you are going to di school for other reasons, I would suggest volunteer managing. Literally filling up water cooler, recording times, marking courses, etc. You will learn more about coaching and training and might have opportunity to travel with team. You can train separately by yourself with less stress and injury risk.
If you already had sf in hs I would warn you off even attempting di level training without building up mileage and dropping Prs by yourself. Good luck-
