Hi, I'm a 15 year old sophomore boy and I would appreciate some advice for track and xc. Freshman year I never had run before xc season, and my best time was 20:50. This year I ended up running 18:50 off of about 30-35 miles a week. I want to become a really good highschool runner, and I also would really want to run in college. I'm a little discouraged because I started running so late, so is there any advice on helping me catch up to the people that are ahead of me? Also, what kind of times do you think are possible for me to run during xc and track in the next few years. Thanks!
