Go to the ER and get some Valium (lorazepam) to help you relax a little until you can see your primary care. Get immediate treatment and stabilize then find a therapist to start talking with.
I had a very scary episode a couple of years ago and wouldn't wish it on anyone.
In all seriousness, if you need someone to talk to just let me know and I'll email you a phone number.
highly reco this site-- calmdownmind.com
thanks so far
How did you conclude that this is anxiety induced? Don't self medicate. If you can't see your primary care physician, go to the ER if your situation deteriorates. Don't rely on the idiotic medical advice given here. As for running, I'd avoid doing so.
Maybe the most important thing to remember is that THIS WILL PASS. You definitely will not always feel this way. I know how hard that can be to believe when you are feeling this way and I had trouble believing it but please believe that it is true.

Your symptoms are strongly reminiscent of those induced by claustrophobia...
Get the hell out of that basement, now!

THIS. Go to the emergency room, ASAP. Get evaluated, it may not be what you think it is.
Took your advice. Urine and blood fine. Swab for flu negative. Slight hi BP. mD says possibly viral. Explained my symptoms and 4lb weight loss in 1 and half days. He suggests eat more. Big help
I'm literally sweating in office. Boreal help there but at least I know it is not flu.
Any suggestions appreciated. I think it is anxiety related still
This isn't the place to get help with an emergency situation (e.g., anxiety or panic attack that is out of your control). Call or see a close friend or family member and see if the they can offer help or agree with the idea to go to an ER or if you can wait for a doctor's appointment.
Long term, see a doctor and also consider counseling. Medication can help with anxiety, but you want to know what you are taking and what he potential side effects are, etc. This is where a doctor/psychiatrist can help.
Again, this isn't the place to get help with an emergency situation, or professional medical advice. At best, you will hear opinions from other people with similar experiences.
Thanks I understand That is why I went to urgent care already. I am seeking other advice and opinions from people whoY have experienced it not seeking for letsrun to diagnose.
Thanks
