PRs= Mile 5:48, 800: 2:34. Currently in about 19:50-20 flat 5k shape (PR is 22:21 but is outdated) and I would say about 11:30 3k shape.
Easy runs- 7:40-8:20 a mile
Tempo runs- 6:45-7:00 a mile
Intervals- Usually at about 6 minute mile pace.
Long runs- 7:25-7:40 pace
Warmup and cooldown jogs or recovery jogs in intervals is about 9 min pace
marathon guy here. PRs: 2:20 marathon, 1:07 half.
Easy runs 7:30 - 8:00, regular runs ~7:00
Tempo Runs: 5:00-5:20
Intervals: depends, 800's ~2:15-20, Miles: ~4:40-50
Long Runs: regular long runs 6:30-7:15 pace
5k: 17:00
Mile 4:58
Normal Run -- 7:30
Feeling bad--8:30-9:00
Feeling good -- 6:45-7:00
10 mile race-- 64:00
