What's up guys, im new to this forum as well as running. To give you some backround I am new to running and have just only recently started to get into shape and change my whole lifestyle altogether to live long and really increase my well being and become maybe a positive role model for other friends and family to become healthier as well.. I have been training and eating healthier for about a year and a half now..
My goal is to be able to run about 8 miles at a fairly decent pace fast pace. Anyways before I started this life style, I used to smoke ciggarrettes. I had been smokeing them for about 2 years all together at about a half a pack to a whole pack a day. so through that 2 years of smoking im wondering if you guys think that it could've had a life long impact on the way I run am able to process oxygen.
I'm also wondering if their are any techniques, supplements, natural remedies to help my lungs improve to full capacity?
