What's up with this whole gluten free thing? A couple of my running friends are into it, so I decided to give a week. I'm in day 2 with no noticeable effects.
I do exhibit a couple of the symptoms of gluten intolerance, gas and fatigue, but that's common among older adults. So what I want to know is who has gone gluten free and did you see any benefits from it? Oh, and did you have to give up beer... that would be a deal-killer for me.
