34.8, 35.8, 36.0, 35.7, 35.5, 35.0, 34.7, 34.7, 35.3, 33.7 10 min jog
3X200 (2min 200 jog) 29.7, 30.1, 29.8 the 3 200s in spikes and all out.
What type of runner am I? what should be my 800/1500 goals?
I run a med hard workouts every other day. 20 min tempos at 6 min pace.
Hills and going to do 400s and 600s at mile pace soon.
