Currently I am 5'7", weigh 133 lbs, an have a BMI of 20.8. I do a lot of push-ups/crunches/ and pull-ups an have no fat on my body. Is this BMI good or should I be less bulky as a runner? Apparently a skinny person usually has a BMI of 18
