I am a freshmen running at a mid level d1 program, and I am hoping to break 15 in the 5k for outdoor. My current PRs are 1:57 800, 4:23 mile, 8:48 3000 from my senior yr of HS. I was wondering around how fast I would need to be in those other events to have the fitness to go for a sub 15 5k (I have never ran one on the track and wont until outdoor)
