All of my weekdays looked like some combination of the following (minus a semester or two of no Wednesday classes or whatever):
Optional easy run: done by 7:30
Breakfast at the dining hall
Morning Class
Other Morning Class
Lunch
Third Class
Practice 3:30 to 5:30
Dinner with the team 5:30 until 7:30 or 8
Library 8 to 9 or Possible Night Class 8:00 to 10:00
Free Time
There are some gaps between each of those activities, but that was the typical regimen for most of my college years. I obviously didn't have four classes every day, mostly we did a Monday Thursday or Tuesday Friday schedule, with the occasional once a week on Wednesdays, so any time I had three classes on Monday Thursday, I only had one or two other days of one more class.
That looks confusing, but seriously, you will spend more time goofing off with your buddies than you will running OR studying, so time management is crazy important. It's not hard, but it is important.
