I just started doing faster paced track workouts over the past 2 weeks and have had an odd pain in a really weird area of my foot. It's hard to explain exactly where the pain is so here's a picture

Its the area where the foot folds when you pick your foot up. Like on top of my ankle, in front.
I'm used to injuries and know peroneal, anterior shin splint, ankle twist, these feels like none of those. The only way to explain it is below my muscles and tendons it feels like it is being stretched. Nothing hurts to the touch, it just hurts when I point my foot down and in.
I haven't been able to run for 5 days and don't know what to do. has any one had this, or have any advice? I'm kind of stumped. thanks
