Yes, it's all water weight, I know.
What's most weight you've lost on a 2 hour or so run?
I remember every spring I'll keep track of this when it gets hot outside. I'll usually loose 5-7 lbs on a hot day during a single run.

Mine was a little more than 3kgs, give or take a couple hundred grams. That was even taken into account the litre of water I drank.
It was quite a tough run. I think I ran a little more than 30km and the temperature outside was well above 25 degrees Celsius.
I once lost 8 lbs on a run. I stepped on the scale before I left at 141 and came back as 133. I felt pretty close to fainting out there - it was around 90 degrees.
I lost just over 11 pounds (5kg) at a June marathon in Georgia last year. That little stunt got me an ambulance ride and IV fluids.
Pikes Peak Marathon - Was down 7 lbs when I got back home and that was after two IV bags in the med tent and a quart of gatorade. Worst dehydration I have ever experienced. My cheek muscled (face not azz) were cramping up. Sick to my stomack the rest of the day.
6# in 6 miles. FL gets hot in the summer. I drank 16 oz. before I left.
