I don't really like running on the treadmill. I have used it lately in training and notice that at the same speed setting I can easily jog or run. Does this make since? I start almost shuffling in the begging, increase the speed and can that same slow jog. Then when I wish I just extend the stride. Both feel fine and each is with proper form. I'm not experienced enough to see what is happening. Is the latter just more proper form? Is running with a greater stride better for you on the treadmill or worse? It's almost like bounding.
