Coming up mid Febuary i will have been running two years. I started off at 198lbs im down to 170lbs aiming for 155lbs, Im 5ft 11inches. 5k time was 21mins, down to 18:15. 10k was 42mins now 37:30. Running a mile in about 5:10 and half i did in 86mins. Weekly mileage of 35-45. Aged 31. No comittments to stop me dedicating as much time outside of work to running. Im a member of a local club and the head coach advises me. All my life ive trained for one sport or another before running i was body building hence the big weight i had.
What advice can people give for taking my running up another level, and what do people think is possible for me over the next few years
