Please sleep. Your parents sound like if they caught you, they would kick you off the team, given that, the risk is not worth the negligible gain that extra run will have, including the detriment the extra run will have on your sleep. Just do your miles in singles, it will leave more time between runs for recovery anyways, and a bonus more sleep.
I don't see why you need to run doubles, given you are a sophomore, if you can't handle the mileage you are running in singles, you are running too many miles, for a sophomore. Its better to be slightly under-trained than injured, Especially at your age. Unless you are an elite, a college coach will not want to take on an injury prone runner who is over trained already. They will always prefer the slightly under trained athlete, who has had no injuries or minimal injuries.
