800: 1:50
So, he is not a sub 4 miler, sub 150 800 runner or sub 8min 3k runner.
There is a reason iaaf, and usatf do not accept 'converted marks'.
Are those inpressive marks for beign run at slight altitude? Yes. Do they gaurentee the conversions he recieves ? No.
I don't understand why the NCAA is the only governing body that accepts these marks.
