I drink it strong, using two tea bags per mug and add honey and milk. I'm wondering if all the benefits will be canceled out by a green smile.

I spew sh*t out of my mouth every day and my teeth are still white. I think you'll be fine with your tea.
If you add milk you should be fine. More like an eggshell stain.

If you drink enough of it, yeah. If you keep good oral hygiene and are still worried, you can, every now and then (2-3 days) rinse and brush about 15-30 minutes after drinking. But you're in much better hands than strong black tea, strong coffee, soda, cigarettes, etc. I've heard people saying white strips, in excess, are bad for teeth health. Worst comes to worse, you can do a round or two of white strips (1 to 2 weeks each round). The staining over a year or two would be so light that you wouldn't have to go crazy on the white strips, and you'd come out on top with beautiful radiant pearly whites. Remember, keep flossing and brush your tongue daily. Like a Champ! Good luck and keep up the fine job.
