I've had this problem a number of times now and have decided to just keep my mouth shut from now on as I've more or less been pushed out of my current position. Almost everywhere I've worked, I've quickly been able to spot inefficiencies or faults in designs, be they in work schedules, employee performance, processing of supplies, or simply the way things are run. Any time I've made any suggestions for change, I basically just piss people off and get myself in trouble. It's been horribly frustrating for me since the faults are so obvious, and I haven't been able to understand why people don't want to improve even when it's pointed out to them how easy it would be. I've recently realized that it's simply due to people's egos getting in the way and them not wanting to ever admit they're wrong or even that someone else besides them had a good idea.
Anyone experience this?
