I can't train in the winter there is ice all over the roads. I'm also super busy with school and don't have the time to run outside everyday. Can I run 90% of my mileage on the treadmill with the proper incline and still produce my goals of 4:10 1500m and 9:10 3000m? I'm scared I will run on the treadmill and then not produce the wanted results....advice???
