I've gotten in a lot of arguments with people lately about yoga. Most of them with throw out an example of someone they know who had an old injury or some chronic pain that got better after they started doing yoga. My response is that they probably got better because of something else, or that they were going from zero exercise to very moderate exercise, and that any exercise, yoga or otherwise, would have had the same effect. I just can't wrap my head around why pulling on your muscles and ligaments in an unnatural way can be good for you.
