This past fall I recently completed the Indianapolis Marathon in 3 hours 43 minutes. Leading up to the marathon, I was running between 20 - 30 miles a week. My longest run in the two months leading up to the marathon was a half marathon race exactly two weeks prior. I am hoping to one day break the 3 hour mark and qualify for the Boston Marathon. I know I will need to train more, but I was wondering how likely am I to break the mark and how long would it take me to reach my goal.
