Right now I'm 5'11, 160lbs, and bench 185, squat 250, and deadlift 250 (I have big legs but a relatively small core I guess). I am definitely not in great distance shape but still run about 40mpw. I'm wondering what ratio I should be expecting or shooting for. Generally people deadlift more than they squat, right? Quite a bit more, right? Is that desired, or not? I also have a big upper body for a distance runner and think I should probably trim it down to get better at running. Advice?
