My team is headed to Maine to train this summer.
Mostly focusing on Acadia Park for training.
Anyone know any other areas in the Acadia/Bar Harbor Area we should hit? Or any certain loops/trails to run?
Thanks in advance

Thanks to Hopkinton for posting.
Here's another story about Acadia being a top 10 trail run:

I love that place...
There are carriage roads throughout the park (crushed gravel, not as soft as dirt but no roots either) that are perfect for running. My favorite was the carriage road up to the top of Day Mountain.
Yes the carriage roads are great! There are more than 45 miles of crushed gravel roads, which are also open to bikers, hikers and even horse-drawn carriages. One favorite section of ours is around Witch Hole Pond. Here's an Acadia National Park Web page with a link to the carriage road map.

Maybe we'll do a blog post about running the carriage roads at
!
Haven't been there in 10 years. Yes, that is a great place and the carriage roads are perfect for running or biking.
