mile and 3 mile tied, 10k 800, 5k
that 800 is horrible. Your 1600m split would've only been 9 seconds off you 800 time. Your 5k and 3mile times are by far your best prs.
Wait a minute... Running back to back 17:51s is more impressive than a single 17:39 even on roads, assuming the 17:39 was on a decently fast course since it's your PR.
For the 3 mile/5k, The extra tenth of a mile is 36 seconds at 6 minute pace, and you were running a bit faster than that, so the difference is even less. Thus, the 3 mile time is a hair better then the 5k in theory.
I'd take your 3 mile time ahead of your 1600, and he's right, your 800 sucks (relatively).
Thus, it goes:
1. 10k
2. 3 mile
3. 5k
4. 1600
5. 800
Work on your speed. At least try to get that 800 under 2:10. You're young and the longer stuff seems to be you're strength, so focus on your weakness.

**Sorry was assuming you're in HS, which I don't know to be true, even if that's not the case, you should probably work on speed.

He's running 3-mile and 5k XC's, I think it's a fair assumption
