Besides this, distance specialists are a rare class of athlete that doesn't need to maintain much muscle mass and can get away with eating a piss-poor diet for a while. Not that they all do get away with it - injuries abound and maybe they'd be eliter if they ate a little better. Unfortunately what incentive is there for them to do that? Few of them have any chance of international success and the rest are paid diddly squat and live hand to mouth.

i like a curvy yoga chic from behind or when im on top, but ill hand it to distance runners or very fit dancers. They can work it like nobodys business when they are on top and don't get winded while riding up there. with the yoga chic you end up doing all the work because they need a glass of water after 3 minutes on top lol
