I realize it's only been three weeks but after a terrible fall season (think I overtrained) not seeing to much hope early.
1st week- felt great lots of the days I was feeling better than before my two week break after season. Flying through runs at 7:15 pace for 3-6 miles and doing it fairly easily.
2nd week- More days where I'm feeling sluggish and hobbling around at 8-8:30 pace (easy) than running 7:15 to 7:45easy (like last week).
This week- started off running good and then past couple days been running 8:00-8:30 after a progression run earlier in the week.
I realize this is very early into my "base" but I usually can tell in the first .25 mi of my first mile if I'm going to have a "good day" or "bad" training day. I realize this is also only easy days but has anyone else every felt this way.
