I did a workout and it is my second one since taking a break from doing workouts from cross country it was a ladder. I want to know what shape am I in for a key 3k in less than 2 weeks.

The ladder was 400 with two minutes rest in between then 600 with two minutes rest than 800 with three minutes rest than 1k with four minutes rest than 800 with 3 minutes rest than 600 with 2 minutes rest than 400 with 90 second rest than 4x200 with 45 second rest.
