Making a fitness app for my Human Factors class, would appreciate some feedback from our target audience to better fit your needs. It's an app that changes the tempo of your music based on your heart rate range to help keep you in the optimum range. Do you guys use some type of HR monitoring device while running, or do you just feel it? Is it tedious to have to check your smart-watch/phone visually while running?
example: If your HR goes beyond your ideal range, it will either speed up (what are you are doing) or slow down (what you should be doing) to help prompt you to stay in the optimal zone.
