This is just a question that I have because I've started to really want to focus on running and would like to set some long term goals. I am 17 and started running when I was 15. My dad was a 1:47.xx Division I runner back in the day and I have uncle who ran around a 2:40 marathon. My best mile is a 4:30, best 800 is 2 flat, best 400 is a 55 and best 2 mile is a 10:30. How fast does anyone think I can get, given an ideal situation with a decent coach and no injuries?
