On Tuesday do two times 1200 on a flat, fast surface with 8 minutes rest. Run the first one at two mile pace and run the last one all-out.
400s at whatever pace you feel like
Find a girl your age and spend a few hours with her. Do whatever comes to mind.
go to school, then after school, at practice, do the workout your coach assigns you

Self coached after state
Track workout meaning spikes, correct? It should.
One of my favorites end of season workouts is as follows:
1000m at about 15-20 seconds off of your 1000 pr, but still much faster than 5k.
4-5 min rest
600m at about .75-1.0 sec faster pace per 100 than the 1000m pace.
3 min rest
200m pretty fast, but not all out. Maybe about 3 sec slower than you could.
3 min rest
500m at just faster pace than the 600 ( base it off feel, too, should feel hard, but not killer)
3 min rest
300m making each 100 just faster, and kicking pretty hard in the final 150
This workout is very good assuming you have built a good base, and you have not been in the peaking stage for a long time, as in 3-4 weeks. If you have been peaking for the past while with states or other meets, then you can add another 1000m in between the 200 and 500, at the pace given for the first 1000m. If you did add another 1000m, than the first one should be scaled back to just under 5k pace. If a fast second 1000, take 4-5 min rest.
