That's funny. No, this guy never was fast fast, but noted more for the frequent racing. Probably only older guys have heard of him, though he may be a local legend somewhere.

Hal Higdon.
Craig Harms ran at Bowling Green. Became a solid marathoner after college, and started the Ohio Runner publication. Has been a math professor at U. of North Florida, Jacksonville. Had a couple of leg surgeries, but still running, and near retirement from teaching.
